Ingredients:
- 3 Bananas
- 1/2 cup Mediterranean Tahini Spread Cranberry & Pomegranate
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Toppings:
- Papadopoulos Petit-Beurre Biscuits, crushed
- Sliced almonds
Instructions:
Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
Slice bananas and place them in a single layer on the parchment paper.
Melt the Tahini Spread in the microwave for 30 seconds and mix. If it's not fluid enough, heat for another 15 seconds. Pour the melted Tahini Spread over the bananas until fully covered.
Melt chocolate and pour it over, completely covering the bananas and Tahini Spread.
Sprinkle sliced almonds and crushed cookies over the melted chocolate.
Place in the freezer for a minimum of an hour or overnight.
Remove from the freezer and cut into your desired sized pieces.
