Crispy Artichoke Bites with Whipped Feta: A Flavourful Delight

Indulge in culinary delight with our irresistible Crispy Artichoke Bites paired with creamy Whipped Feta. This tantalizing recipe brings together the crispy goodness of panko-coated Diana Marinated Artichokes with the smoothness of Nafsika’s Garden Feta Style and cream cheese blend. Drizzled with Solon Extra Virgin Olive Oil and seasoned with aromatic spices, these bites are a celebration of flavours that will leave you craving for more.



Ingredients:

- 1/2 cup panko

- 1/2 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs

- 1 tsp paprika

- 1/2 tsp garlic powder

- 1/2 tsp onion powder

- 1/2 tsp Kalas Iodized Sea Salt

- 1/2 tsp ground pepper

- 1/3 cup Solon Extra Virgin Olive Oil

- Diana Marinated Artichoke, quartered


Whipped Feta:

- 1/4 cup Nafsika’s Garden Feta Style

- 2 tbsp Nafsika’s Garden Cream Cheese

- 2 tbsp lemon juice

- 1 garlic clove

- 1/4 tsp Kalas Iodized Sea Salt

- 1/4 tsp ground pepper


Instructions:

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 200 degrees C or the oven to 375 degrees F.

  2. In a shallow bowl, combine panko, Italian breadcrumbs, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. In another bowl, pour olive oil.

  3. Dip the artichoke quarters into olive oil and then coat them fully with breadcrumbs. Repeat until all artichokes are breaded.

  4. Drizzle olive oil over the breaded artichokes and bake in the air fryer or oven for 10-15 minutes, until they are crispy all around and golden.

  5. While the artichokes are cooking, prepare the whipped feta. Combine all the whipped feta ingredients in a food processor and pulse until smooth and creamy.

  6. Serve the crispy artichoke bites with the whipped feta for dipping and a drizzle of olive oil.

  7. Enjoy this delightful appetizer while hot!
