Ingredients:
120g cherry tomatoes
120g Pilaros stuffed pitted red pepper olives
160g feta cheese
1/2 lemon, quartered
2 tbsp Irini extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp Kalas iodized sea salt
1 tsp freshly cracked black pepper
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
2 cloves of garlic
3-4 fresh thyme sprigs
Garnish (optional): Kivotos honey from flowers and conifer trees
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F.
In a small oven-proof baking dish, add the olives, cherry tomatoes, garlic, lemon wedges, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Toss everything together until well coated.
