Ingredients:
1 cup Diana sliced peaches in syrup
1 1/2 oz cranberry juice
2 oz sparkling lemon water
1 cup water
1 cup sugar
3 cinnamon sticks
1/2 tsp vanilla
Ice
Instructions:
Over medium-low heat, combine water, sugar, cinnamon sticks, and vanilla in a small pot. Allow the mixture to simmer gently until the sugar is fully dissolved. Remove from heat and let the cinnamon simple syrup cool completely before using.
In a blender, add 1 cup of Diana sliced peaches along with a few tablespoons of the peach syrup from the jar. Blend until smooth and set aside.
Using a cocktail shaker, combine cranberry juice, 1 1/2 oz of blended peach purée, 1/2 oz of cinnamon simple syrup, and ice. If desired, this is also the perfect stage to add 2 oz of your favourite alcohol for a spiked version. Shake the mixture vigorously until chilled.
Pour the shaken mixture over fresh ice in a glass and top with sparkling lemon water. Stir gently to incorporate all the flavours, and garnish with a cinnamon stick or a slice of peach for a festive touch.
